I've never tried it, but there's a sysinternals tool that may help:

(For those who don't know, sysinternals used to be a private firm who
produced lots of really useful system utilities.  A year or two ago they got
bought by Microsoft.  Lots of people feared that the tools would cease to
exist, but in reality they still do, now on an official part of MS's
website, as above.)
