The wheel mouse support went with the extremely useful MouseSync facility,
which unfortunately is not compatible with current versions of VRPC.

MouseSync made the emulator vastly more usuable, and it was promised that
an equivelent feature would be added to VRPC, instead of the unusable
unliked pair of mouse pointers, and the tedious linking and unlinking
process. How hard can it be to replicate the feature Niall said took a
couple of hours to implement?
