Oh dear. The problem is that the method used by RSTools is nasty and
is not reliable. As users of VRPC for the Mac know we are trialing  and
integrated pointer solution in that product before looking at porting  it
back to the Windows versions.
 
If in the meantime you would like to write you own in "a couple of  hours"
then that would be great.
