I've just experienced this problem on a machine without the new 
HostFS.

It would appear that !PrintPDF fails to recognise the path to the PS 
file produced by !Printers.

Manually opening that directory (Scrap.Printers.PS) and dropping the 
PS file onto !PrintPDF on the icon bar produces the required PDF 
though.
