That is interesting too.

On one of the RO native machines at work I get that happening 
occasionally. (RO 3.70 and now 4.02, though much less often on 4.02.) 
The 4.02 machine at home has never exhibited the problem.

What happens if you re-run the conversion?

I always find on the second try it runs perfectly.
