You will need a small machine with Windows (rather than Linux).  Choice
is generally between Celeron and Atom processors and to be honest
there isn't a lot between them (ther Atom is a bit of a disapointment  in
the performance stakes).
 
The MSI Wind (rebadged as an Advent in PCWorld) is a good bet as
is the Asus One.
