I have had this, its the result of an unpluged module. The location of
the rom modules is different between 4.39 and 6.14 for fairly obvious
reasons. While in RO 4.39 do a start unplug to list any unplugged
modules and then rmreinit each one then restart in RO 6.14 and you
should now be OK.
