I have occasionally seen a key go into auto-repeat and refuse all
blandishments to stop. So have to reboot.

Aaron has sent me an update to deal with keyboard freezings but I have
chickened out of trying it in case it wrecks my existing usable, though
not entirely stable, set-up.
I have backups onto an external disc but I wonder if there is a way of
setting up a parallel environment for testing? (VARPC 1.6.6 with RISC
OS 6.14.)
