I know that this is speaking with hindsight, but if you had raised
these concerns with me at the time I would have suggested taking
a copy of the installation as per my earlier message.

Given the frequency of public complaints from yourself about these
problems - coupled with not actually trying the code I sent for
you to test to see if it helped, I find it difficult to accept the
sincerity of such an apology. However I'm giving you the benefit
of the doubt. I would still be very interested to find out if the
problems are resolved once you have applied the update that
I sent.
