A "stuck" key (i.e. one that autorepeats without being asked) happens when
a key down event is received, but there is no corresponding key up event.
You can often generate the key up even yourself by hiting (hammer
optional) the key that's "stuck". This adds yet another key down event,
but also should generate the required key up event. Hopefully this
will stop the auto repeattttttttt.
This applied to both real and virtual machines, and also to a number of
non RISC OS computers.
