I get this phenomenon on my Iyonix fed through a KVM.  Since this happened
after installing a replacement KVM and PS2 to USB converter, my first
thought ws the KVM which I'd bought from CJE.  Andrew Conroy assured me the
faault lay with the PS2 to USB converter.  I haven't yet changed as it
involves a lot of furniture movement to reach it.  I'll report back.
