Still nothing, so shut down Win 7 machine, went and had a cuppa. then
returned.
Switched Win 7 machine back on, and the ...... thing printed okay.

Did some more messing with the server and the Win 7 machine, it still
prints okay...
So everything now shut down until early AM tomorrow, I wonder what the new
day will bring.
